ELC is the creative brainchild of Emma Cuppleditch, a South Australian interdisciplinary artist, currently studying her BA in Visual Arts/Photography at the School of Art, Architecture and Design - University of South Australia.

ELC is a design brand that has a strong concern with the environment and sustainability, using recycled materials wherever possible. Emma is always experimenting and as such the product line is ever changing. Many pieces for sale are one-offs  or of a limited number.

Previously Emma owned and ran her own boutique gift shop in Adelaide's iconic Rundle Mall, called Small World. Here she sold locally made art and gifts, including a large range of jewellery, textiles and art that she produced herself. Small World was made possible with the assistance of Renew Adelaide, who awarded Emma and her business 'Champion of Local Artisans' at their annual awards night in 2014.
